Our products are best-in-class and produced with care to meet the highest standards. Should your experience with any of our products not meet your standards by any measure, we have a 30-day, hassle-free return policy during which we will take back your purchase. Beyond that date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will be posted to your account within thirty days.
It may take up to several days to see your refund hit your account. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:
- Double check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer as shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service so you can verify the delivery of your return. If the value of your item is in excess of $75, we also encourage choosing an insured shipping method.
