Helvetia’s IMMUNE SUPPORT spagyric extract is best used as a preventative tonic or at the first onset of cold or flu symptoms to diminish severity and duration of symptoms. Discontinue use during illness and consult with a health professional.
One 30-capsule bottle will last 2-4 weeks on average. Higher or more frequent doses may be safely taken when supervised by a qualified health professional.
